MSI presents the Big Bang XPower a high-end motherboard with 6 PCI-Express slots on the Intel X58 chipset. The PCI-Express slots support both Nvidia's SLI and ATI Crossfire technology. To ensure a stable power supply during overclocking, the motherboard has two 8-pin power connectors. MSI shall, when using the tool "OC genius" a way to overclock the CPU and memory. Other features of the board include five USB 2.0, USB 3.0, two ports, six SATA 2.0 (3 Gb / s), two SATA 3.0 (6 Gb / s), one FireWire, one eSATA, one power and two eSATA Gigabit LAN connections. The included 7.1-channel Quantum Wave audio card is inserted into the available PCI-Express x1 slot. The six DDR3 slots support up to 24GB of memory.
